Once a print or artwork is purchased what is the expected delivery time?2021-04-16T05:41:26+00:00

Once an artwork has been purchased, we immediately have the artwork dropped off for shipment, we cannot give a time for shipment delivery as this will fall onto the shipping companies schedule.
Once a print is purchased, we place an order for your artwork to be printed by our professional fine art printmaker and once the print is ready, Dean will number and sign your print, and send it off for shipment. We usually get the prints from the print maker within 10 working days.

Framing is a personal touch which in most cases are chosen by the client. Dean and his team are more than happy to give recommendations and feedback via email if you wish.

All limited-edition prints are printed A1 (841mm) along the long edge, depending on the dimensions of the original painting. To get the exact size, please refer to the details of the particular piece in the shop.

Prints do not come with a certificate of authenticity. All prints are personally numbered, and hand signed by Dean.

All limited-edition prints are restricted between 100 and 250 prints, depending on the original painting/drawing. Once the set number of prints has been sold, no more reproductions will be available for purchase.

No. Dean’s artworks are individually created for the public to purchase only and are not available for short or long-term rent or lease.

Yes. With a wide selection of original and limited-edition prints, Dean’s pieces are the perfect addition when looking to add colour and character to any space.

Currently we use Pack and Send for deliveries of the artwork and it will be delivered promptly by air. We also offer free worldwide delivery and take the necessary steps to ensure that your new purchase is delivered with care.

Returns will not be accepted; customers are asked to choose wisely when purchasing a work. We take extreme care in packaging and sending your purchase. In the case where a limited-edition print is damaged upon receiving it, you are asked to send through an email to info@devilspencil.com with pictures of the damage and details. We will then request that the print be sent back. We will await its arrival before we print and send out a new one.

Yes, depending on the project. Requests are always welcomed and undertaking large scale murals is something that Dean is always open to. However, it is rare that Dean will take on commissioned paintings and drawings. If you do have a personal project that you would like Dean to consider, head over to the contact page and let us know.
